On Thursday, our pod went on school trip to Otaki. My favourite part of the trip was the pool.
At the pool we had 4 lanes that were just us! They set up lots of inflatables. We stayed there for over an hour. We had lots of fun.
We learnt how to be safe at the pools, whilst having fun. Here is a photo of me and my friends having heaps of fun at the pool!
Does your class go on school trip?
Today we made super heros for the summer learning journey. We used a website called craiyon. We typed our description into the website and it gave us an image.
I found tricky writing the description.
I liked this and it was fun.

Today I created a LunaPic collage. To do this I had to find a picture, download it as a png and then upload it into the LunaPic website. It was fun changing the effects. I would like to try this again.
We have been learning about art. We learned this so that we can have our art work judged for creativity and originality.
I made a fish and there was a background as well.
I enjoyed creating and sticking the treasure chest. I found it challenging to cut out my fish. My next step is to make the fish more colourful. If I did this activity again I would add more detail.
